CB Built is a Montana-based general contractor primarily serving the Billings and surrounding communities among other emerging markets surrounding Billings. Luxury custom residential and affordable multi-family housing, as well as light commercial construction are among the innovative, high-profile projects that our firm prioritizes.
Founded in 2022 by Jim and Kelly Coleman, along with Conner Bokma, CB Built prides itself on being a company that focuses on quality work and high character in its interactions with customers, trade partners, and the communities in which it is a part of, and we are diligent in staying true to our values that include integrity, safety, quality, and reliability. We believe in supporting our local communities and emphasize partnering with local subcontractors and suppliers who share our expectations for quality, attention to detail, and doing the right thing for the clients we serve.
Our approach toward projects is to continuously push the standard of what is widely recognized in the market and thinking outside of the box in terms of our construction practices, design standards, and our delivery of projects. By thinking this way – we have allowed ourselves to bring new and unique concepts and products to the communities in which we build in. Primarily a vertical building contractor, we pride ourselves on owner relationships and quality of work, and producing significant contributions to our state’s landscape. With experience in diverse challenges, our team excels where detailed planning and coordination are required. Teamwork is paramount for allowing resources to flow to where they are needed, and there is no substitute for communication and collaboration.

Conner Bokma

I graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology and co-founded CB Built, LLC. Before teaming up with P3 Coleman and starting CB Built, I had the opportunity to work on luxury hospitality and commercial projects in Montana's Gallatin Valley, as well as build luxury custom homes in the Treasure Valley of Boise, ID. My passion for building—whether it's structures, communities, or relationships—drives everything I do.
Growing up on the family farm in Denton, MT, I learned that the value of land goes far beyond its dollar worth. This deeply influenced my commitment to sustainable and long-term development in the communities where I build. I genuinely enjoy the process of problem-solving that comes with the construction and development industries, and I value the connection with the community that these projects create. I’m fortunate to be joined in life by my best friend and wife, Ashley Bokma and our baby Collins.
Kelly Coleman
Community Developer and Visionary Leader
I’m Kelly, a dedicated developer with a lifelong passion for enhancing the communities of Billings, Montana, the town where I was born and raised. With 20 years of experience in real estate, I have a keen eye for what makes a neighborhood not just livable but lovable. My career is driven by a desire to create and innovate welcoming communities where families can grow roots and to which they can always return.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to introduce fresh ideas—from thoughtfully designed homes that push architectural boundaries to community centers that become hubs of local activity. I strive to identify what’s missing in a neighborhood and bring those needed elements to life, ensuring that each project truly enhances the community’s fabric.
Beyond real estate, I lead an oil and gas exploration and production company, and I’m involved in various entrepreneurial investments, which allow me to bring a diverse perspective to my developments. I pride myself on being a team player who values loyalty, hard work, dedication, and drive. Known for my fairness and honesty, I always aim to see every side of an issue and treat everyone with respect.
Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted wife and mother of three and deeply love my family. My approach to development is much like my approach to family: focused, nurturing, and always looking towards the future.

I am a Project Manager with a decade of experience in heavy civil construction across Montana, developing a strong foundation in managing complex projects and leading teams effectively. My transition to CB Built, LLC has allowed me to leverage my experience and contribute to a variety of exciting projects.
I take pride in delivering quality results that not only meet client needs but also positively impact the communities we serve. I enjoy the collaborative nature of construction and the challenges it brings.
Outside of work, I cherish time spent with my wife and keeping up with my two kids.
